Completion announcement: Leith Mergers & Acquisitions limited announce the joint venture agreement between Morgan Innovation and Technology Limited and Ratlake Technologies Limited.

Leith Mergers & Acquisitions Limited were engaged as sole advisors to Morgan Innovation and Technology Limited (Morgan IAT, www.morgan-iat.co.uk) to identify potential acquisition/joint venture targets to add to their growing portfolio of highly innovative companies.

Morgan IAT are a family run innovation company based in Petersfield, Hampshire specialising in the design, development and manufacture of new products across medical and commercial industries.

Morgan IAT work closely with enterprising individuals, universities and hospitals keen to develop ideas that they would like to bring to market, offering a complete development to manufacture service.

Morgan IAT have recently been awarded their second Queen’s Award for Enterprise: International Trade.

Ratlake Technologies Limited (www.ratlake.net) under the brand Ping™, operate within the rapidly expanding market for location systems. Their hybrid product enables users to track the location of any connected device via a multi-platform user interface. Their advanced products have applications across a range of market sectors including industrial and consumer, and now through the joint venture with Morgan IAT this can be expanded into the medical sector.

Leith M & A are delighted to announce Morgan Innovation have entered into a joint venture agreement with Ratlake Technologies Limited combining to form the new company deck42 Limited (www.deck42.co.uk). David Nelson, Managing Director of Leith comments, “We are delighted to have worked alongside the shareholders of Morgan IAT throughout their journey to grow the company’s successful portfolio further. Having identified and introduced Ratlake Technologies as a potential joint venture partner we now wish the partnership every success for the future.”

Morgan IAT will bring financial investment and manufacturing expertise to the partnership and Ratlake will add their patented technology and market presence.
