Completion announcement:: Leith Mergers & Acquisitions Limited announce the acquisition of Berkshire based Techland Group Limited (www.techland.co.uk) to a Private Investor for an undisclosed sum.
Leith Mergers & Acquisitions Limited acted as exclusive advisors to the Shareholders’ of Techland Group Limited, a specialist value added distributor in the convergence technology products market, on the recent sale of their company.
The completion of the deal took place on Tuesday 2nd October 2018 and was a 100% share sale.
