Leith Mergers & Acquisitions Limited acted as advisors to the Shareholders’ of The Fixings & Powertool Center (FPTC) (https://www.fixingscenter.co.uk/) on the recent sale of their company to the expanding, Sussex based builders merchants, D.W. Nye Limited (https://www.dwnye.co.uk).

FPTC are a highly respected and well-known company established in 1994 and have grown to become one of the southeast of England’s leading distributors of power tools and fixings.

Nye Limited) commented,” The acquisition of FPTC further enhances our market presence both in terms of our footprint in Sussex and Surrey and within the power tools and fixings sector. Nye and FPTC.”

The senior management team of FPTC as well as the existing employees were retained following the acquisition, the business will continue to operate from its existing location as subsidiary of D.W. Nye Limited.
