Leith Mergers & Acquisitions Limited (www.leithma.co.uk) – Acquisition Completion Announcement: International agri-services group Origin Enterprises PLC (www.originenterprises.com) acquires Surrey (UK) based Eco Solutions (C&R) Limited T/A Symbio (www.symbio.co.uk)

Leith Mergers & Acquisitions Limited is delighted to announce the acquisition by Dublin based Origin Enterprises PLC of Eco Solutions (C&R) Limited T/A Symbio, a leading manufacturer and distributor of microbial additive products, bio stimulants and microbial fertilisers.

We are now authorised to announce that the completion of the deal took place on Tuesday 20 November 2018.

Exact details of the transaction value will remain undisclosed but we are able to confirm that the deal was a 100% share sale.

Leith Mergers & Acquisitions Limited acted as exclusive advisors to Eco Solutions (C&R) Limited T/A Symbio and its Shareholders.

Leith Mergers & Acquisitions are delighted to have secured the deal for the Shareholders’ of Eco Solutions (C&R) Limited T/A Symbio and the senior management team will remain in place following the transaction. We would also like to congratulate Origin Enterprises PLC and the employees and customers of both companies.
