Completion announcement:: Leith Mergers & Acquisitions Limited announce the successful Acquisition of Deans Blinds and Awnings Limited to Riverside Works Limited

Leith Mergers & Acquisitions Limited acted as advisors to the Shareholders’ of Deans Blinds and Awnings Limited on the recent sale of their company to Riverside Works Limited, parent company of Morco Blinds Limited for an undisclosed sum. Leith were able to attract a number of competing offers from a range of strategic buyers culminating in the deal completion in June 2016.

The two companies combined have a history in London of over 180 years now further strengthening their position as leading suppliers of quality commercial blinds and awnings.
