Leith Mergers & Acquisitions Limited acted as advisors to the Shareholders’ of The Millers Grinding and Tinning Company Limited (Millers) (http://www.millerscatering.co.uk/)  on the recent sale of their company to private investor Mr Dean Broadbent. Leith were able to attract a number of competing offers from a range of strategic buyers culminating in the deal completion in June 2016.

Millers are a highly respected and well known family company established in 1952 and have grown to become one of London’s leading distributors of commercial catering equipment.
